ALEX'S DORM QUILT
My son, Alex, is attending Northern Illinios University next week. He will be living in the dorm. What an exciting and scary time in his life. I'm hoping that a quilt from home will comfort him and remind him "HIS PARENTS ARE WATCHING!"

Two very nice woman who were in
my latest PostCard class at Quilter's Heaven Quilt Shop in Northbrook, IL. They were great fun to teach how to create this little works of art.
Mariela made a card to reflex her family. Isnt it cute?
Rosalie did a creative landscaping. Her choice of color is wonderful.
Both ladies loved the class.
Mariela wrote on my evaluation sheet " The class was the MOST fun I have ever had with fabric!"

MONTANA VACATION...AINT FAMILY GREAT?
I created a wall hanging that reminds me of my home...MONTANA. I miss it more than I realized until I went for a 2 week vacation. I have been homesick for the last 2 days. I miss my family. My family visit was wonderful. I had a terrific time hugging everyone at least 3 times. I hope you enjoy looking through all my pictures and you find yourself smiling once in a time.

Most the time when I want to take Jim's picture he will not smile. But I have learned in the last 6 months....take his picture when he is looking at his daughter.HE IS ALWAYS SMILING WHEN HE IS LOOKING AT HIS BABY!
